  1. How long will it take to receive the package after placing the order?
    There are two key factors that will determine when you receive your package.
    • Item Handling Time: Handling time is the time it takes a seller to prepare an item for shipment. Different items have different processing times based on product category and quantity.
    • Shipping Method: Delivery time varies by shipping method. Shipping times vary based on your location and the origin of the package.
  2. How long will it take to process my order?
    Orders usually handle within 2-4 business days; the transit time would be 7-15 business days.
    Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays.
  3. Can I cancel my order or change my address?
    We know you need to buy Every Show items ASAP, so as soon as you place your order, we’ll start processing it!
    Email your order number and/or new address to [email protected] within 1 hour of placing your order and we will make a request to our factory. Our order processing is very fast, so we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled or that the shipping address will be changed.
  4. Do you offer free shipping? Where does support ship to?
    Yes, we offer free shipping. Currently we only ship to the US.
  5. What is the payment method?
    We currently only accept PayPal as a payment method. Cheques are not accepted.
  6. Where is my order?
    Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information so you can keep an eye on the status of your shipment.
  7. Think your package was lost in transit?
    Try contacting the carrier using the tracking number provided. If 5 business days have passed (excluding the order date), please email us so we can investigate.
  8. How long will it take me to receive my package in transit?
    Shipping time begins when your order ships, excluding standard processing times that apply to the shipping method selected at checkout, and items will arrive within 7-15 business days. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.
    If your order is not delivered within the given time frame, please let us know via the order tracking system.
  9. The tracking information says my package has been delivered, but I never received it – what’s going on?
    We recommend that you consult your neighbor/doorman/rental office. If no one sees it, wait 3 business days – in most cases the package will show up (sometimes the carrier will mark it as delivered before it’s actually delivered).   10. I received a defective/wrong item in the package, what should I do?
    Send us an email with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item. Make sure we can see the ticket with the item number in the photo so we can figure out what’s wrong. Our after-sales support teams will service for you.
